I cant login to rewards. So much for bug fixes. So I had to pay without a discount. Maybe moving on to a new restaurant.

Unable to log in!

Not sure why they revamped this app, i had little to no problems with the old one. Like everyone else posting here, always comes up that i need to check connectivity. But the problem is not on our end as users. Its a development issue, and i guess they need to spend a little more time in trade school. Better to use the full internets site, that seems to work okay.

Ive had to reset my password and reinstall the app only for it not to still work and say that there is no network available

If the purpose of the update was to "fix" the rewards, you failed miserably. All I get is check your network connection

Cant scan in rewards. Who thought up this so-called "update?"

I went to a TGI Fridays this evening intending to use a reward for dinner. This app refused my logins and therefore denied me the ability to redeem my award points. I feel cheated. Its completely dishonest to encourage us to spend money at TGI Fridays with the promise of a reward then produce an app which is prevents us from using our points. If you want to use your points do not get this app.

The update should get zero stars. You cant log in. Will now have to log in using web. Waste of an upgrade.

Update Completely broke rewards function. Will not connect. Id give it 0 stars if I could.

This app was better when it was the original app was a whole lot better you have to keep signing back in even after you select the keep me signed in you need to get a new app developer

App doesnt connect to account, app doesnt let you input rewards from receipt. Whats the point!

I have keep me logged in checked off. Yet every time I go into the app I have to resign in. Its a real hassle when your trying to use your points at dinner. I liked the old app much better.

Having used the last gen of this app with no problems, now I am unable to even log in with my IPhone 6. Fixed the problem by deleting and installing again.

Crashes constantly. Pages dont load. Pages & features that existed in previous version are gone. Cant view a specific locations menu or any pricing. It constantly changes the home store to one that isnt closest (or second closest) automatically. The whats new portion is gone. I have a Stripes card and I know what phone number is attached to it, so this app is useless.

With the update I cant load the Stripes Code Fridays requests. Its disappointing, I almost get the feeling that purposeful.

Just download this app after seen instructions on our bill. It does not work. It fails for network when we clearly have Internet and its working. Tried from wife phone and same issue. Why not use Apple Pay? Its a lot easier than using credit or debit card. Good idea just wished Apple Pay was built in and connectivity issue was addressed.

Ive had the app before. I cant change my information because the state wont work. Theres a pop down menu. That will not allow me to enter my state

Thanks for patching the bugs. Works great now.
