I like the app but it’s not working on my iPad 8th generation tablet
They changed the app and it’s still broken. They no longer have my Fridays in NV. Only showing east coast locations. I haven’t been there since the app changed and I have been going to their competitors.
First issue was trying to transfer my points and account to the new app - my points didn’t transfer. The app isn’t easily navigated at all. It logged me out every time I hit the back button and the app drop down changes on every page. I reached out to customer service (after having to spend too much time trying to find the contact info) to fix the points issue and still haven’t heard back from them weeks later. I got so frustrated with this app, I just deleted my account and gave up. I’ll be dining out elsewhere.
It’s ridiculous. What is the point of having an app if nothing can be done on it. People have been complaining and you guys are still not doing anything about it.
It won’t even remember the login and is just putting their website on the app, and that means their website is equally useless.
Called about not getting our points put in,called still waiting 4 a call back.We go 2 TGI almost every 2 weeks 4 yrs,2 be treated this way is just so unnecessary.My husband tried 2 entire our last visit & was unable 2 log in. Cannot sign-in after updating; received an email stating successful update, but what the sense if logging-in isn’t available?
I just kept getting an error message when I load it! I uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and nothing changes. I’m very angry. I used to love Fridays! You just lost my business. I had points before this happened too and was promised 150 points for updating everything and now I have nothing! Thanks a lot!!!
Every time I touch the logon or sign up button, I get a ping identity error on my iPhone 16 pro running iOS 18.4. I’ve off-loaded and reloaded the app, deleted the app and downloaded it again, to no avail. The app is useless. The website has similar issues, but at least one of the logon options there actually works.
I tired uninstall it and installed it and nothing works it was okay before you guys updated the app and I keep getting a error message you guys need to fix it again
Can’t sign in, keep getting and error before even attempting to input my credentials. Deleted the app and re-installed, same issue. And didn’t get the 150 points I was promised for signing up. Trash app.

This app is THE worst app in the food service industry. It absolutely will not sign into my account which has a nice point buildup. When we visit, I insist the server use my phone number to update my points. I have repeatedly updated my password to no avail. Ordering for takeout is a fail until this gets fixed.
This is a pathetic app. I have never reset a (correct) password as many times for any app in my life. They can’t get user auth right. App randomly logs me out in the middle of placing an order and then it is impossible to get back in. Oh and if you are in a VPN it will not work, so please make sure you are insecure on public WiFi just to use the app! Pathetic. No wonder they went bankrupt.
I go to Fridays couple times a week and I always make the server enter my number before I pay and it never registers my points. Ever since this app update it been the worst. Your points would update right then and there and u would be able to scan with the old app

When everything works its awesome! But I’m finding more often that there are problems with the app. Just today i put the order together and then it wouldn’t process the credit card. I triple checked everything. Then i figured i would just call the restaurant, the app went to an error message when i clicked on the number. Only to have to start search for restaurant all over again. ☹️☹️☹️

App used to be able to take a picture of recipe now must enter manually. App has a problem staying in session am getting logged out sometimes in less than a minute saying exceed time limit then have to log into it again and again. Doesn’t support face login which many other apps do.
I had issues with log in on the previous app, and this one is not better
If it's harder to login to a restaurant app than a bank account, they're doing it wrong.
When I try to login, I get stuck in an endless loop. This has been going on since November at least. I would have thought this issue would have been resolved long before now. I tried to login on Safari as well, same issue. This “rewards program” is a sham.
The app transfer is horrible and every update makes it worse. I have over 1000 points racked up because I can’t use them! The app logs me out every 2 seconds and the website won’t fully ever log me in. It’s been real Fridays but I don’t need anymore signs that you don’t want my business
I have used this app for many years. Now when I try and use it, it doesn't remember me and tells me to sign in. I use the same email that I have been using all along, and they say they don't recognize it. This is very aggravating and disappointing. Now it wants me to sign in again while I am using it. Very sad and annoying. Hire a tech person to help you fix this.
App has never worked good. Click on rewards on the drop down menu and “session times out” every time. Fridays rewards program is a joke. Only reason I go here is wife likes the fried green beans. Oh look they discontinued them. No need to go anymore.
The app hasn’t been able to load the screen that allows you to redeem an order you make when you dine in. They tried to fix this by making instructions to go in their website but the website keeps giving me an error message when I try to log in, even when I reset my password.

I have been unable to view my rewards and I also have not been able to add rewards frim my receipt.
The app is garbage, I can't log in with my account, because after I put my email it asks me for my data as if I didn't have an account, and if I have, fix the login, I can only use it in guest mode

Can’t log in says phone number in use . And it won’t let me reset password. Horrible and hate this update . Don’t fix what is not broken
The app use to work just fine. Now you have to create a new account just to log in. I don’t know what happened with the updates. But it deletes your profile and you would lose your points if you create a new one. Plus when you put in your phone number. It says you already have an account but doesn’t prompt you to log in.
I’m not sure what happed, not sure if it was an update or what. But the app logged me out of my account a few months back, when I go to sign in it brings me to the page to register for a new account and then tells me my phone number is already in use, but doesn’t allow me to log in!!! So my points and rewards are gone! And I can’t find any information to call to fix the issue.
This app looks ice but it looks like it is just a wrapper for the website. There are annoying problems: 1. Seems like every time I open this it asks me to log in again. So it's constantly logging me out. 2. The login page is set up in a way that breaks password auto fill. This makes the logging out thing that much more annoying. So every time I have to log in, I am forced to type out my email address every time. Is something you want to do?
The new update is awful! Point structure for rewards changed so now the points don’t go as far…that’s if you’re able to actually load that section of the app. The past couple of times I have tried to load that section I get an error. I was someone who used to enjoy going to Fridays at the end of the work week at least 3x a month, so much I reached VIP status. Between the terrible updates to the app, the terrible service I have been receiving in-store, and the quality of the food deteriorating I’m honestly just waiting until I can redeem whatever points I have left & I’ll find somewhere else to wind down my work week.
